通过观察聚合体系的压力与温度变化,分别研究了催化剂用量、引发剂和酸的种类、单体用量和反应温度等因素对环氧丙烷(PO)聚合诱导期的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着催化剂和单体用量的增大以及反应温度的升高,PO聚合诱导期明显缩短;酸对催化剂的激活具有明显的促进作用,可显著缩短聚合诱导期;不同引发剂对聚合诱导期的影响明显不同,聚合诱导期随着引发剂用量的增加而延长。
By observing the pressure and temperature changes of the polymerization system, the effects of catalyst dosage, initiator and acid type, monomer amount and reaction temperature on the induction period of propylene oxide (PO) were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of catalyst and monomer and the increase of reaction temperature, the induction period of PO was obviously shortened. The acid promoted the activation of the catalyst significantly and shortened the induction period of polymerization. The effect of polymerization induction period is obviously different. The polymerization induction period is prolonged with the increase of initiator dosage.
