重锤平衡曲柄连杆式摆动升降台,是大、中型型钢轧机广泛采用的一种结构型式。该机台下系统是由电机通过减速机带动联结在减速机输出轴上的曲轴,曲轴带动连杆,连杆另一端与固定在主轴上的摇臂体相铰接。而固定在主轴上的托臂一端固定重锤,另一端与支杆(联动台上部分)铰接。曲轴转动一周,连杆带动摇臂体使主轴转动一个角度,则托臂也转动一个角度,这样,使与台架联结的支杆作垂直运动,而使台架以后支座为中心摆动一次。台下主轴两端座落在整体铸钢座上(图1)。
Hammer balance crank linkage swing lifts, large and medium-sized steel rolling mill is widely used as a structure type. The under-counter system is a crankshaft which is driven by a motor through a speed reducer and is connected with an output shaft of a speed reducer, the crankshaft drives the connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the rocker arm body fixed on the main shaft. While one end of the supporting arm fixed on the spindle is fixed with a weight, and the other end is hinged with the supporting rod (the upper part of the linkage platform). When the crankshaft rotates for one week, the connecting rod drives the rocker arm body to rotate the main shaft by an angle, and then the supporting arm also rotates by an angle, so that the support rod connected with the stand moves vertically and the stand swings about the rear support once. Table under both ends of the spindle is located in the overall cast steel seat (Figure 1).
