在转换企业经营机制,深化企业改革的形势下,国有物资供销企业,特别是机械行业的物资供销企业,面临着资金紧缺,经营活动不能正常运转直接影响经济效益的问题。现就笔者多年工作实践,对供销企业资金管理提出粗浅看法。一、资金紧缺的原因1、大部分物资供销企业在传统的计划经济时期,主要承担本系统生产企业的原材料供应,产品销售的指标管理;在市场经济条件下经营目的和投向进一步商业化,在资金来源上底子薄、基础差,资金短缺情况严重。
