钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术是一种新兴的桩基施工技术,利用高压劈裂灌浆原理,在灌注桩浇制完成后,通过预埋的后压浆管路对钻孔灌注桩桩端及桩侧压注水泥浆液,使桩端的沉渣隐患及时得到根除,持力层得以固结密实,从而大大提高桩周摩阻力或桩端的承载力。钻孔灌注桩后压浆自实施至今,已被实践证明是一项具有创造性、新颖性和实用性的新概念桩基施工技术,是有效提高单桩承载力的新型施工方法。
