利用直接数字频率合成器(DDS)与CPLD技术和单片机控制技术,研制和设计了高分辨率、高稳定度的函数发生器。给出了所设计系统的主要硬件电路、程序流程图和频率控制字传送流程图;提出并应用了一种CPLD与单片机的通信方法,实现了高精度和宽频率的信号产生。实验和实测结果表明所设计系统结构简单,使用方便、交互性好,性能稳定可靠,具有较高的应用价值。
Using direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) and CPLD technology and single-chip control technology, developed and designed a high-resolution, high stability function generator. The main hardware circuit, program flow chart and frequency control word transmission flow chart of the designed system are given. A communication method between CPLD and SCM is proposed and applied to realize high precision and wide frequency signal generation. The experimental results show that the designed system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, good interaction, stable and reliable performance and high application value.
