以硬脂酸与三乙醇胺反应制备了硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯,对该酯先进行乙氧基化改性,再进行季铵化反应得到了一种乙氧基化酯基季铵盐乙氧基化硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(EQDMS-2EO)。采用IR和1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征,考察了EQDMS-2EO的生物降解性、柔软性、抗静电性、再润湿性和对织物白度的影响等性能,并与硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(EQDMS)和传统织物柔软剂双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D1821)进行了对比研究。结果表明,EQDMS-2EO的生物降解性优于D1821,柔软性与D1821相近,抗静电性和再润湿性优于EQDMS和D1821,多次处理后对织物白度影响不大。
Stearic acid and triethanolamine were prepared by the reaction of stearic acid triethanolamine ester, the ester ethoxylation of the first modified, and then the quaternary reaction to obtain a ethoxylated ester quaternary ammonium ethoxy Methyl stearate ethyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate (EQDMS-2EO). The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1HNMR. The properties of EQDMS-2EO such as biodegradability, softness, antistatic property, rewettability and fabric whiteness were investigated. Hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium methyl sulfate (EQDMS) and conventional fabric softener dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride (D1821) were compared. The results showed that the biodegradability of EQDMS-2EO was better than that of D1821, and the flexibility was similar to that of D1821. The antistatic and rewetting properties of EQDMS-2EO were better than those of EQDMS and D1821.
