烧结矿耐粉化特性是衡定烧结矿质量的重要指标之一。烧结和高炉工作者都知道,烧结矿粉化出现有三种情况:①冷却过程中自动粉化;②储存过程中自动粉化;③在高炉中出现“低温”粉化。众所周知,碱度1~2.0的铁烧结矿在冷却过程中会自动粉化,其根本原因是正硅酸钙相变所致。但锰熔剂性烧结矿在冷却过程中不产生粉化,而在存放期间内则严重粉化。如保存于干燥瓶里,长期也不粉化。
Sinter resistance to powder is one of the important indicators of the quality of sintered sinter. Sintering and blast furnace workers know that there are three cases of sinter pulverization: ① automatic pulverization during cooling; ② automatic pulverization during storage; and ③ “low temperature” pulverization in the blast furnace. As we all know, alkalinity of iron sinter 1 ~ 2.0 during the cooling process will be automatically powdered, the fundamental reason is the phase transition of calcium orthosilicate. However, manganese flux sinter does not produce pulverization during the cooling process, but is severely powdered during storage. If kept in a dry bottle, long-term nor powder.
