本文研究了浸渗时间对铁基渗铜烧结合金机械性能(拉伸强度、抗弯强度、冲击韧性和硬度)及组织结构的影响。 试验采用Fe-Cu-C基体骨架,采用通用的Cu-Mn-Fe浸渗剂。采用二步法浸渗。子烧是在分解氨保护气氛中于1150℃保温一小时;浸渗采用氢气保护,浸渗时间分别选择了5分、10分、20分、30分、45分、60分、90分、120分和180分九个不同的时间,浸渗温度1120±5℃。试验结果用性能变化曲线和金相组织照片表示出来,并对该变化曲线和组织结构进行了分析讨论。
The effects of impregnation time on mechanical properties (tensile strength, flexural strength, impact toughness and hardness) and microstructure of Fe-based infiltrated sintered alloys were investigated. The experiment uses Fe-Cu-C matrix skeleton, universal Cu-Mn-Fe infiltrant. Using two-step infiltration. Sub-burning is decomposed ammonia protection atmosphere at 1150 ℃ for one hour; impregnation using hydrogen protection, infiltration time were selected 5 points, 10 points, 20 points, 30 points, 45 points, 60 points, 90 points, 120 Points and 180 points nine different times, infiltration temperature 1120 ± 5 ℃.
