通过问卷调查和文献分析的方法,对福州地区大学城外籍教师跨文化交际问题进行了调查,并对调查数据进行了统计与分析。其目的在于研究影响外籍教师在福建高校所遭遇的跨文化交际的因子。基于研究结果,对如何提高外籍教师跨文化能力提出几点建议,以期创造一个良好的跨文化英语学习环境,促进大学英语教学。
Through questionnaire survey and literature analysis, this paper investigates the cross-cultural communication among foreign teachers in the university city of Fuzhou and makes statistics and analysis of the survey data. Its purpose is to study the factors that influence the intercultural communication experienced by foreign teachers in Fujian universities. Based on the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the cross-cultural abilities of foreign teachers in order to create a good cross-cultural English learning environment and promote college English teaching.
