企业为什么要以人为本企业是人做出来的,是否掌握住人心,往往关系到事业的成败。作为一个管理者,最不能得罪的就是广大的人心。在企业经营活动中,只有赢得广大员工的支持,才能顺利推动企业的发展、规模的扩大、效益的提高。所谓“人本”,在百舸争流的今天,唯有倾听民声,吸纳民意,借用民智的企业,才能成为“时代的宠儿”,要本着可持续发展的原则,促进人与自然的和谐统一,企业才能拥有偷不出、买不来、拆不开、带不走、溜不掉的核心竞争力,才能从容应对市场经济的惊涛骇浪,才能无往而不胜。
Why companies should be people-oriented Enterprises are made by people. Whether or not they hold people’s minds is often related to the success or failure of the business.
