中等职业学校“五L”办学模式实践研究课题主张将“学校、教室、教师、学生、作品”五个学校元素与“企业、车间、师傅、员工、商品”五个企业元素进行对接融合,以全面改进学校办学元素。该课题已经完成了模式的构建设计、实现策略和保障机制研究,模式现已成型并自主运行。但是,在实践中还需要对模式运行效果进行定期检测评估,以利修正完善。本文是在课题前期研究的基础上进行的“五L”办学模式评价指标体系研究。这是课题各元素融合的成效性、科学性研究,也是为模式量身定做的一套评价检测体系。
