共测定了 2 0份水稻品种和 3套同核异质的 12个不育系及其相应的保持系 ,以及携带不同抗性基因的 16个水稻近等基因系对白叶枯病的抗性。结果表明 ,2 0份水稻品种中高抗品种 11份 ,占 5 5 % ,其中粳稻品种的抗病性较强。 12个水稻不育系的抗病性均比其相应的同名保持系差 ,不育系间抗病性差异明显 ;T型不育胞质的抗病性较强 ,D型、G型不育系的抗病性较差。 16个近等基因系中含xa - 5 ,Xa - 7,xa - 13 ,Xa - 17和Xa - 2 1等 5个抗性基因的品系对绝大多数白叶枯病菌株表现为广谱抗病。在抗性鉴定的基础上筛选出了适于我国白叶枯病菌小种鉴别的单基因品种
A total of 20 rice cultivars and 3 sets of the same heterogenous 12 CMS lines and their maintainer lines and 16 rice isogenic lines carrying different resistance genes were tested for their resistance to bacterial leaf blight. The results showed that among 20 varieties of rice, 11 were medium and high resistant cultivars, accounting for 55% of them, of which japonica cultivars were highly resistant. The resistance of 12 CMS lines was lower than that of their corresponding homologues, and the disease resistance of CMS lines was significantly different. The T-type sterile cytoplasm was more resistant to disease and the D-type and G-type infertility Department of the disease resistance is poor. The lines with 5 resistance genes xa - 5, Xa - 7, xa - 13, Xa - 17 and Xa - 2 1 in 16 near isogenic lines showed broad spectrum resistance to most bacterial leaf blight isolates disease. On the basis of resistance identification, the single-gene varieties suitable for the identification of Bacterial Blight in China were screened out
