空气调节系统作为重要的辅助设备之一,对于全封闭的客车车厢,其性能的好坏将直接关系到客车内部的空气质量、环境的舒适及旅客的身心健康,因此必须引起高度重视。由于我国高速客车发展起步较晚,在空调技术的设计、管理、使用和维护上与国外先进国家相比差距较大。日本、法国、德国等,无论是在空调客车的技术上,还是在管理上都有许多经验值得我们学习和借鉴。要搞好我国客车空凋设备的应用与维护,必须要掌握相关制冷、电气维修和空调技术的基本知识,并掌握一般电气与常见空调系统故障的现象及其处理方法。
Air conditioning system, as one of the important auxiliary equipment, will have a direct impact on the air quality inside the bus, the comfort of the environment and the physical and mental health of the passengers. Therefore, it must pay close attention to the performance of the totally enclosed bus. As the development of high-speed passenger car in our country started relatively late, there is a big gap in the design, management, use and maintenance of air-conditioning technology compared with foreign advanced countries. Japan, France, Germany, etc., both in the technical aspects of air-conditioned buses, or management have many experiences worth learning from. To improve the application and maintenance of our airbus equipment, we must master the basic knowledge of refrigeration, electrical maintenance and air-conditioning technology, and grasp the general electrical and common air-conditioning system failures and their handling methods.
