采用反相HPLC 法直接测定复方乙酰水杨酸片中各成分的含量及水杨酸的限度(0.3%),方法快速、精确、重现性好。实验采用Perkin Elmer,备有多波长检测器及条纸记录仪,并用数据处理系统完成峰面积的积分。反相层析柱2.5cm×4.4mm 内经,固定相为涂以十八硅烷的10μm 硅胶颗粒,流动相为醋酸10ml 加水300ml 混合,加甲醇至1000ml(pH2.37),流速1.8ml/min。
The content of each component and salicylic acid limit (0.3%) in the compound acetylsalicylic acid tablets were determined by reversed-phase HPLC. The method was rapid, accurate and reproducible. Experiments using Perkin Elmer, with a multi-wavelength detector and strip recorder, and data processing system to complete the integration of peak area. The reversed-phase chromatography column was 2.5cm × 4.4mm internal standard. The stationary phase was 10μm silica gel coated with octadecylsilane. The mobile phase consisted of 10ml acetic acid and 300ml water were mixed. Methanol was added to 1000ml (pH2.37) and the flow rate was 1.8ml / min.
