灌区节水改造工程是我国重点的水利改造工程。该工程对于当地的灌区农业生产环境和生态环境的改善都起到了十分重要的作用。但灌区节水改造工程在投入使用之后所产生的经济效益一直以来却没有完整的评价体系。为此,本文从评价的方法及内容、评价的指标和评价方法两个方面来探讨重点中型灌区节水改造工程的经济效益评价。 Water-saving irrigation project is a key irrigation project in China. The project has played an important role in the improvement of agricultural production environment and ecological environment in the local irrigation districts. However, after the water-saving reconstruction project in the irrigation area has been put into operation, the economic benefits it generates have not been completely evaluated. Therefore, this article discusses the economic benefit evaluation of water-saving reconstruction projects in key medium-sized irrigation districts from two aspects of evaluation methods and contents, evaluation indicators and evaluation methods.
