对面向机构设计者的计算机辅助力平衡系统(CAD-FB)的开发进行了研究。尽管计算机辅助技术(CAD)在机器设计方面早已得到广泛应用,但意外的是,计算机辅助的力平衡设计却尚未被讨论,也未出现应用的软件。机构的力平衡比转子的力平衡要复杂,因此,利用计算机来辅助完成机构的力平衡就变得尤为重要。提出了CAD-FB系统的总体框架并讨论了实现该系统的关键问题。最后用几种力平衡方法作为实例,验证了、CAD-FB系统的有效性。将为进一步发展实用的商业化CAD-FB打下基础。
The development of computer aided balance system (CAD-FB) for institutional designers was studied. Although computer-aided technology (CAD) has long been widely used in machine design, it is surprising that computer-aided force-balanced designs have not yet been discussed and have not been applied. The force balance of the mechanism is more complicated than the force balance of the rotor. Therefore, it is especially important to use the computer to assist the force balance of the mechanism. The overall framework of the CAD-FB system is proposed and the key issues for implementing the system are discussed. Finally, several examples of force balance method are used to verify the effectiveness of CAD-FB system. Will lay the foundation for the further development of practical commercial CAD-FB.
