介绍了在 1 0 0kg中频感应炉上模拟复吹转炉 ,采用石灰基烧结渣等原料作为脱磷剂 ,对含0 .2 %左右含磷量中磷铁水进行脱磷处理的方法及结果。该项研究对工业生产中 ,采用转炉双联法铁水脱磷预处理有一定的指导作用。
The method and result of dephosphorization treatment of phosphorus hot metal containing about 0.2% phosphorus content were introduced in the simulation of composite blown converter on a medium-frequency induction furnace of 100kg, using lime-based sintered slag and other raw materials as dephosphorization agent. The study of industrial production, the use of double-detonation converter dephosphorization of molten iron has a certain guiding role.
