本文从系统论的基本思想出发,提出航空电子火控设备的生产管理和质量监控,应按其生产发展的四个过程这一客观规律组织实施,以追求全过程总体的最隹管理效益。作者认为所谓全过程总体,不是以往所述的“从投料开始,到产品装箱出厂”,而提出了新的论点……。用全面质量管理和比较、签别的学说理论,结合实践的感性经验,重点论述了“使用维修”过程,在实施全过程的质量监控中,所占的重要地位和作用。并对分层质量控制和军代表在新品研制的管理监控工作中,如何发挥应有的积极有效作用等方面,也提出了新的看法。
Based on the basic idea of system theory, this paper proposes that the production management and quality control of avionics fire control equipment should be organized and implemented according to the objective law of the four processes of production and development, in order to pursue the best management efficiency of the whole process. The author believes that the so-called whole process, not the past as described in the past, “from the beginning of the material to the product packing factory”, and put forward a new argument ....... With the theory of total quality management and comparison, the theory of sign-off theory, and the experience of practice, this paper mainly discusses the important position and function of “using and repairing” process in the quality control of the whole process. And put forward new ideas on how to give full play to its due positive and effective role in the control and quality control of strata and military representatives in the management and control of new product development.
