目的：建立一种更方便、快速、安全的检验血清HBsAg的手段。方法：采用胶体金免疫层析分析方法。结果：检测临床及血库血清样品189例，与酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对照比较，二者检测符合率为98．9％，检测灵敏度可达5μg／L以下。结论：该方法检测灵敏度、特异性等指标已接近ELISA水平，并且检测操作更方便、快速，有希望发展成为一种新的临床检测方法。
Objective: To establish a more convenient, rapid and safe means of testing serum HBsAg. Methods: Colloidal gold immunochromatographic analysis. Results: A total of 189 serum samples from clinical and blood bank were detected. The coincidence rate was 98.9% and the sensitivity was up to 5μg / L compared with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Conclusion: The detection sensitivity, specificity and other indicators of the method are close to the level of ELISA, and the detection operation is more convenient, rapid and hopefully developed into a new clinical detection method.
