本文以某高炮数字指挥仪为例,介绍了提高指挥仪防护工艺可靠性的几项措施。文中指出,选用耐潮抗霉的绝缘材料是提高防护工艺可靠性的先决条件;采用密封结构是防潮的有效途径,机器内部放置吸潮硅胶是防潮的补救措施。文中对印制插件板,磁芯体、线绕元件的三防处理工艺作了简单介绍,并指出,提高处理工艺的水平是提高数字指挥仪可靠性的关键之一。本文最后指出,采用工程塑料,合成橡胶,化学纤维等新材料,是今后搞好指挥仪防护工艺的发展趋势。
In this paper, an AA digital pilot is introduced as an example to introduce several measures to improve the reliability of pilot protection technology. The article pointed out that the selection of moisture resistant mold insulation material is to improve the reliability of the protection process prerequisite; the use of sealed structure is an effective way to moisture, moisture absorption silicone placed inside the machine is a moisture-proof remedy. In this paper, we briefly introduce the three anti-process technology of printed board, magnetic core and wire wound components, and point out that improving the level of processing technology is one of the keys to improve the reliability of digital pilot. At the end of this paper, it is pointed out that adopting new materials such as engineering plastics, synthetic rubber and chemical fiber is the trend of future development of conductor protection technology.
