很多时候,你无法真正区分一个时代,尤其是当代。历史的长河奔腾不息,所谓的当代也一直在延续。与文学史的当代不同,中国经济史的当代,我们通常看作是改革开放的80年代以后。这个时代的山东商人,作为一个群体,在一篇叫做《中国新商帮改变了什么?》的文章中,被看作是与浙江商帮、苏南商帮、闽南商帮、珠三角商帮并列的中国新五大商帮。在新的经济发展大背景下,他们进一步发展壮大。从某种意义上讲,在折射中国经济发展的脉络和走向的同时,他们开辟了山东经济的新时代。在山东这片诞生过影响中国几千年的孔圣人的土地,作为一个全新的商业时代的参与者,他们纵横捭阖,挥斥方遒,用自己的热情、智慧、思想和责任感书写着一段新的历史。与其他新商帮相比,他们有着鲜明的地域特征,但在管理思想、经营理念上,又有着全球化思路的大同。他们身上,既烙着齐鲁传统文化的印记,有着鲜明的地域性格特征,又带着对当地文化因子改造后的标志,有着新的市场经济下全球化的思维。他们延续传统而不囿于传统,勇于创新而又不止于创新。在不同的个人经历、处事方式、管理方法、经营模式之下,他们身上,又有着许多可以辨认与归类的共性。根据这些共性,当代鲁商大抵可以分为三类:“红色”鲁商、“农本”鲁商和hi-tech鲁商。

They have not only imprinted the mark of Qilu traditional culture, but also have distinctive regional character, with the symbol of the transformation of local cultural factors, and have a new thinking of globalization in a market economy. They continue the tradition, not the traditional, the brave to innovate and not just to innovate. In different personal experiences, ways of doing things, management methods, business models, they also have many common identifiable and classified. According to these commonalities, contemporary Lushang Daoyi can be divided into three categories: “red ” Lushang, “Nongben ” Lushang and hi-tech Lushang.
