昆明市命题近二十年,积累了大量的命题经验,所命试题得到了有关部门及全市师生的肯定。我们认为,作为课改区义务教育阶段学生语文学习的终结性考试的中考试题,应该全面反映“课标”所规定的学习目标和学习内容,体现课改理念,反映实验教材特点,要有利于素质教育,有利于培养学生的学习探究能力,有利于引导课改向深入发展,能有效地检验课改区教学质量,能反映课改后学生的语文素养情况。基于以上认识,2006年作为我市独立命题的第一套课改中考试题呈现出以下特点:1.突出了语文学习与地方文化的联系地域文化是富有地方特色的文化,从小处说是融于每个人血液中的乡情,从大处讲则是一个民族凝聚力的象征。每个国家、每个民族、每个地域都有着自己的文化,文化特征首先就体现在地域性上,不
