商标抢注是国际商业活动中较普遍的现象。商标抢注的发生是由商标专用权保护的地域性和时间性决定的。地域性指商标专用权的保护只在本国有效;时间性是指在部分国家采用注册在先原则,先注册者享有商标专用权。
The problem of trademark squatting is a common phenomenon in international commercial activities. The occurrence of trademark squatting is determined by the geographical and temporal protection of trademark exclusive rights. Regional refers to the protection of trademark exclusive rights only in their own country; time refers to the principle of registration in some countries using the first registration, the first registered trademark enjoy exclusive rights.
