对于当前我国的电信企业来说,其竞争已经不再只重视价格方面,而是逐渐意识到品牌、服务等综合竞争的重要性,而其中服务质量和水平逐渐成为当前电信企业核心竞争力的重要体现。尤其是在当前我国科学技术快速发展的背景下,产品价格的逐渐下降已经成为必然趋势,所以在这一环节中就要重视服务的质量,这样才能更好地满足电信用户的需求,更好地促进电信企业长远发展。文章通过对当前电信企业建立完善的客户服务体系和管理体系的重要性进行分析,从而确保电信企业客户服务体系的有效运行。
