我是内蒙古大雁矿务局机修厂厂长。本人一不是“党员”,二不是“分子”,当初自然对思想政治工作不感兴趣,总认为,“当厂长把效益整上去就万事大吉,至于思想不思想是小事一桩。”结果吃了不少亏。最令我难堪的是:厂里一名工人酒后伤人,法院和上级竟把我“折腾”得坐卧不安。吃过苦头,逼着我从“一手硬”向“两手硬”转变。 由于我的理论水平差,功底浅,对怎样做好职工思想政治工作摸不着门。一次下夜班,我坐的车在一台大车后面,借着灯光看见那车上流着液体,追尾超车中,看到机器盖上冒气,方知水箱出了毛病。 “追尾”使我得到一点启示。作为一名厂长我工作很忙,想腾出更多时间和工人“谈”、“唠”不大可能,为了充分掌握他们的思想情况,我引讲了“追尾”
