采用合金法,通过电子探针微区成分分析和X射线衍射仪物相等实验方法分析确定了Al-Co-Y三元系在873K时部分相关系。实验获得了5个三元化合物,分别为Al_7Co_2Y、Al_9Co_3Y_2、Al_2CoY、AlCoY及AlCo_2Y_2。其中,AlCo_2Y_2为新相。Al_2Y和Co_2Y在三元系中固溶度范围分别为0~8.2 at.%Co和0~7.8 at.%Al,而能谱分析显示Al在Co3Y、Co5Y和Co_(17)Y_2在体系中有很大的固溶度范围,实验测定值分别为31.8at.%Al、32.4at.%Al和24.1 at.%Al。
By using the alloy method, the partial correlation of Al-Co-Y ternary system at 873 K was confirmed by the method of electron-probe micro-area composition and X-ray diffraction. Five ternary compounds were obtained, which were Al_7Co_2Y, Al_9Co_3Y_2, Al_2CoY, AlCoY and AlCo_2Y_2 respectively. Among them, AlCo_2Y_2 is a new phase. The solid solubility of Al 2 Y and Co 2 Y in the ternary system ranges from 0 to 8.2 at.% Co and from 0 to 7.8 at.% Al, respectively. The energy spectrum analysis shows that Al has the highest solubility in Co3Y, Co5Y and Co_ (17) Y_2 Large range of solid solubility, the experimental determination of values were 31.8at.% Al, 32.4at.% Al and 24.1 at.% Al.
