自龙牙楤木根皮中以层析法分离得到4种单体化合物,经化学及光谱方法鉴定化合物Ⅲ为楤木皂甙A,并对龙牙楤木根皮及嫩芽进行了无机元素、氨基酸及皂甙含量的比较分析。结果表明:根皮中总皂甙含量力8.8%,嫩芽中总皂甙含量为2.0%。根皮中总氨基酸含量为5.11%,嫩芽中总氨基酸含量为26.13%,两者皆含有15种以上的氨基酸。根中含有18种以上无机元素,嫩芽中含16种以上无机元素。
Four kinds of monomeric compounds were isolated from the root barks of A. sinensis by the chromatographic method. Compound III was identified as sapwood saponin A by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Inorganic elements and amino acids were extracted from the root bark and buds of A. sinensis. Comparison of saponin content. The results showed that the total saponin content in the root bark was 8.8% and the total saponin content in the bud was 2.0%. The total amino acid content in the root bark was 5.11%, and the total amino acid content in the bud was 26.13%, both of which contained more than 15 amino acids. There are more than 18 inorganic elements in the root and more than 16 inorganic elements in the bud.
