目的探讨泌尿外科采用人性化护理的效果。方法选择我院收治的400例泌尿外科患者,依据不同护理分为对照组与观察组各200例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,分析两组患者护理后的效果。结果在护理满意率上,观察组为96.5%,对照组为78.5%,组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05;在护理前后焦虑抑郁评分上,观察组降低幅度显著高于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论泌尿外科采用人性化护理可以有效地改善患者不良情绪,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing in urology. Methods A total of 400 urological patients admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 200 cases according to different nursing. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with humanized nursing. The effect of nursing in both groups was analyzed. Results In nursing satisfaction rate, the observation group was 96.5%, the control group was 78.5%, the comparison between the groups was statistically significant, P <0.05; anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing, the observation group decreased significantly higher than the control group, group Between the two groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The use of humanized care in urology can effectively improve the bad mood of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
