一机床的爬行常常在低速运动时发生。爬行导致进给均匀性的破坏,影响运动部件的位移精度和定位精度,使加工面的光洁度降低,增大刀具和导轨面的磨损。
A machine tool crawling often occurs at low speeds. Creeping leads to the damage of feed uniformity, affecting the displacement accuracy and positioning accuracy of moving parts, reducing the finish of the machined surface and increasing the wear of the tool and the guide rail surface.
