在25~27℃恒温下,将螺蛳放在井水中,每毫升2只,5小时后取出,澄清后即得“养螺水”。1970年作者观察到养螺水能使曼氏血吸虫毛蚴产生象在螺蛳附近那样的活动。水中尚未定性的刺激物质,可由曼氏血吸虫的中间宿主Biomphalaria glabrata和非中间宿主的螺类释出。本文报告曼氏血吸虫毛蚴经养螺水刺激后对几种基质的钻穿活动。所用的材料有:(1)直径5毫米厚2毫米的0.75%琼脂片,浸在养螺水中18~22
