1982年2月,苏联邮电部举行了科学技术会议,讨论了苏联通信状况和在电缆通信线路上采用新的传输制式的前景,并对现在使用中的同轴电缆和对称电缆设备进行改造更新,以实现现代化的步骤,以及停止陈旧设备的制造等问题进行了研究。目前干线和地区级的现有网路的基本装备为模拟传输制式,干线网路使用具有经统一改造的回声抑制器的新式K—3600和K—1920设备;经过改造的对称电缆干线使用K—0020C设备,干线上也装设了一些K—10800设备。地区级的网路和一些专用网路使用了K—420设备。以K—10800工艺结构为基础的模拟通信设备的配套系列正在研制。 In February 1982, the Soviet Union’s Ministry of Post and Telecommunications held a conference on science and technology to discuss the status of the Soviet Union’s communications and the prospect of adopting a new transmission standard on the cable communications line. The coaxial cables and symmetrical cable equipment in use now were modified and updated, To carry out modernization steps, as well as stop the manufacture of obsolete equipment and other issues were studied. At present, the basic equipment for existing networks at the trunk and district level is analog transmission. The trunk network uses the new K-3600 and K-1920 devices with a rebuilt echo suppressor. The modified symmetrical cable trunk uses the K- 0020C equipment, trunk also installed a number of K-10800 equipment. K-420 devices are used at regional and some private networks. K-10800 process based on the analog communications equipment supporting the series is being developed.
