银杏达莫注射液是由银杏黄酮,帕类和双嘧达莫组成的中西药复方制剂,临床应用广泛,对冠心病、心绞痛、脑梗死等血栓栓塞性疾病有很好的疗效。近年来国内有文献报道,本品可致过敏反应,现概括如下:1过敏反应杨丽报道,患男,37岁,因Ⅱ型糖尿病给予NS250mg+银杏达莫注射液30ml静滴,给药2分钟后出现头晕、心慌、胸闷、全身皮肤发红伴瘙痒,即停药,予抗过敏对症治疗,2小时后上述症状
