血小板在成分输血中越来越显得重要,主要是血小板在止血和凝血过程中起到及其重要的作用.机采新鲜血小板于(22±2) ℃条件下保存,容易发生细菌污染而引起输血反应,5 d保存期短很容易过期.不能满足临床输血紧急需求,供应矛盾突显.冰冻保存是延长血小板效期的最佳选择.
