目的探讨针对性护理在中心静脉导管引流治疗肺癌胸腔积液中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月间衡水市第二人民医院收治的90例肺癌胸腔积液患者,均接受中心静脉导管引流治疗,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。两组患者均接受中心静脉导管引流治疗,观察组患者接受针对性护理干预,对照组患者在围术期接受传统护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果经过系统治疗与护理,观察组与对照组患者并发症发生率分别为4.4%与31.1%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者积液消失时间、引流时间和每日引流量分别为(10.7±0.49)d、(12.6±0.85)d和(967.1±18.80)ml,对照组患者分别为(13.8±0.65)d、(15.7±0.48)d和(528.9±23.84)ml,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在生活质量评分上,观察组与对照组患者分别为(13.3±1.09)分和(9.6±2.18)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心静脉导管引流治疗肺癌胸腔积液,予以针对性护理干预可有效提高引流质量,促进治疗作用,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of pleural effusion of lung cancer by central venous drainage. Methods From January 2013 to June 2015, 90 patients with lung cancer with pleural effusion admitted to Second People’s Hospital of Hengshui City underwent central venous catheter drainage. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table Group of 45 cases. Both groups were treated with central venous catheter drainage. Patients in observation group received targeted nursing intervention. Patients in control group received traditional nursing intervention during perioperative period. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results After systematic treatment and nursing, the complication rates in the observation group and the control group were 4.4% and 31.1% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The effusion disappearing time, drainage time And daily drainage were (10.7 ± 0.49) d, (12.6 ± 0.85) d and (967.1 ± 18.80) ml respectively. The control group were (13.8 ± 0.65) days, (15.7 ± 0.48) days and (528.9 ± 23.84) ml respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). On the quality of life score, the patients in the observation group and the control group were (13.3 ± 1.09) and (9.6 ± 2.18) The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Central venous catheter drainage for the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion, targeted care intervention can effectively improve the drainage quality, and promote the role of treatment and reduce the incidence of complications, it is worth promoting.
