输精管结扎后,可以引起睾丸不同程度的炎症反应和生殖细胞的改变,体内产生抗精子抗体,有关这方面的研究在国外已有很多报导。本文应用Quantimet—920型(QTM—920型)自动图像分析仪,对兔输精管结扎后的睾丸作定量测定,通过光镜观察睾丸的形态改变,综合分析并初步探讨输精管结扎后对睾丸生精能力的影响。材料与方法一、动物模型:健康雄性日本大耳白兔21只,白求恩医大动物园纯种繁殖,饲以含微量元素及多种维生素的饲料。参照体重随机分组,9只作对照,其余12只动物体重达2.5~3.0公斤时,行双侧输精管切断,断端结扎。
