一、概述我厂锻造车间,多年来使用燃煤锻造加热炉加热锻坯。随着生产的发展,技术的进步,十多年来,设计、建造了一些新炉子,对老炉子也进行了改造。 1966年以前,主要使用1M~2以下的苏式反射炉。该炉升温慢、炉温低、保温性能差、炉口喷烟冒火,不能满足生产要求。因而建造了一台“多宝炉”反射炉。该炉采用侧燃式燃烧室配以大偏拱炉顶,使火焰在加热室内形成旋转流动。经测定,锻坯加热室温度只能达到1000℃左右,正退火加热室温度只能达到800℃左右,故不能达到使用要求。

After the determination, the temperature of the forging billet heating chamber can only reach about 1000 ℃, the temperature of the annealing chamber can only reach about 800 ℃, so it can not meet the requirements.
