同学们一旦进入初三,就立刻处于“不待扬鞭自奋蹄”的状态,学习非常勤奋刻苦。再加上学校、家庭及社会各个方面的关心、叮咛、督促、勉励所带来的心理压力,就很容易使同学们在中考时怯场,以致出现“阴沟里翻船”的情况。难怪有些平时学习成绩一直都不错的同学在中考结束后总是愁眉苦脸、唉声叹气。有的同学说,不知怎么了,一到考场就头晕、肚子疼、总想上厕所,题没答完;还有的同学说,一上考场就特别紧张,卷子拿到手后,很难集中注意力来思考,思维混乱,就连平时会做的题也一时想不起来了……这种种现象,不能不引起我们的注意。为了预防类似现象的出现,我觉得有必要在这里讲些克服中考怯场的办法,供同学们参考。
