[目的]探索适应卫生检测机构工作特点且符合实际工作需要的信息化检验档案管理体系,以提高机构整体管理水平及服务能力。[方法]通过对福建省疾病预防控制中心运行的检验档案管理系统实例分析,说明该系统的基本原理及规范化管理的运用。[结果]随着检验档案管理系统的建立健全,优化检测工作流程,提高检验科室的工作效率。[结论]检验档案管理系统对提升卫生检测机构档案管理水平可起到事半功倍的效果。
[Objective] To explore the information management archives management system which accords with the work characteristics of health inspection agencies and meet the needs of practical work, so as to improve the overall management level and service ability of the institution. [Methods] Through the analysis of the case management system of inspection records operated by Fujian CDC, the basic principle of the system and the application of standardized management are illustrated. [Result] With the establishment and improvement of inspection records management system, the inspection workflow was optimized and the work efficiency of inspection department was improved. [Conclusion] Inspection file management system can play a multiplier effect to improve the file management level of health inspection agency.
