引言自从发现孕妇尿对动物生殖腺发育具有促进作用,并提取出绒毛膜促性腺激素(Chorio-nic gonadotrophic hormones)以后,许多学者应用这类激素进行鱼类产卵的研究(1963年;和,1937年;Sneed 和 Clemens,1959年;朱洗和王幽兰,1962年;Anwand,1963年等)。1958年,中国科学院实验生物研究所和浙江省淡水水产研究所等单位用绒毛膜促性腺激素促使池养白鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitris)及花鲢(Ari-stichthys nobilis)产卵,也获得了成功。几年来,通过边推广边实验研究,在亲鱼培育、催产和孵化等的生物学和操作技术方面进行了大量的工作,建立了比较系统的人工繁殖法(浙江省科学技术委员会,1962年;朱洗等,1962年);在国内得到了广泛的推广,对淡水养殖生产起了很大的促进作用。
INTRODUCTION Since the discovery that maternal urine promotes the development of animal gonads and extracts Chorio-nic gonadotrophic hormones, many scholars have used these hormones to study fish spawning (1963; 1937 Year; Sneed and Clemens, 1959; Zhu and Wang orchid, 1962; Anwand, 1963, etc.). In 1958, Hypophthalmichthys molitris and Ari-stichthys nobilis were oviposited by Institute of Experimental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Experimental Biology and Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Freshwater Fisheries with chorionic gonadotropin. In recent years, a large amount of work has been done on the biology and operation techniques of broodstock breeding, oxytocin and hatchery, etc., through the experimental research on the promotion of the border area, and the comparatively systematic artificial propagation method has been established (Zhejiang Science and Technology Commission, 1962; Washed, etc., 1962); has been widely promoted domestically and has played a significant role in promoting freshwater aquaculture production.
