目的:对太子参“施太1号”药材品质进行综合评价,为新品种推广应用提供依据。方法:以选育的品种“施太1号”与对照品种“黔太子参1号”、对照品系“SB-C”3个品种(系)、4个种植区域的120份种质为研究对象,测量药材产量、商品性状、浸出物含量、多糖含量、太子参环肽B含量和氨基酸含量,运用SPSS 17.0软件进行多重比较和相关性分析。结果:相比于2个对照品种(系),新品种“施太1号”的单株药材重、单个块根重、中上部直径和多糖含量显著高于对照品种(系),50 g块根数少于对照品种(系),药材商品等级优于对照品种(系),Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级比例占总等级的57%以上;太子参环肽B含量与“SB-C”品系无显著差异,而显著高于“黔太子参1号”品种;浸出物含量与对照品种(系)间无显著差异;氨基酸含量略低于对照品种(系);外观性状与内在质量间存在一定的相关性。结论:新品种“施太1号”药材产量、商品等级、多糖含量和太子参环肽B含量优于对照品种(系),在贵州适宜生态区域有较大的推广和生产价值。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of Radix Pseudostellariae “Shi Tai No.1” medicinal materials and provide the basis for popularization and application of new varieties. Methods: Three varieties (lines) of “Shih-tai 1” and the control variety “Guizhou Taizishen 1” and the control line “SB-C” The germplasm was used as the research object to measure the yield of medicinal materials, the traits of the products, the content of the extract, the content of the polysaccharide, the content of the prunin A and the content of the amino acids. SPSS 17.0 software was used for multiple comparison and correlation analysis. Results: Compared with two control cultivars (lines), the weight of single plant, the weight of single root tuber, the diameter of upper middle part and the content of polysaccharides of the new cultivar “Shi Tai 1” were significantly higher than those of the control (50 g) The number of tuberous roots was less than that of the control varieties (lines). The quality of medicinal materials was better than that of the control varieties (lines), and the proportions of Ⅰ and Ⅱ accounted for over 57% No significant difference, but significantly higher than the “Guizhou Taizishen 1” varieties; extract content and the control varieties (lines) no significant difference; amino acid content slightly lower than the control varieties (lines); appearance and internal quality There is some correlation. Conclusion: The yield, commercial grade, polysaccharide content and rhizoma polymorpha B content of the new variety “Shi Tai No.1” are better than the control varieties (lines), and have a great promotion and production value in the suitable ecological area of Guizhou.
