基于生物柴油和甲醇的互补特性,研究了掺混不同比例甲醇对燃用生物柴油的发动机性能和各种污染物排放的影响。研究表明:在生物柴油中掺混甲醇后,发动机的有效燃油消耗率增加,但是有效热效率变化不大;在预喷阶段,随着生物柴油/甲醇混合燃料中甲醇比例的增加,燃料预喷阶段的放热率峰值降低并且放热开始时刻推迟;在主喷射对应的放热阶段,掺混甲醇导致放热率峰值增大,放热持续时间减少;生物柴油掺混甲醇后,发动机HC和CO排放增加,NOx排放在中小负荷下减小,在高负荷下增加;发动机的碳烟排放随燃料中含氧比例增加而逐渐减小;使用生物柴油/甲醇燃料时,柴油机NOx排放与碳烟排放的trade-off关系在中小负荷下有所改善。
Based on the complementary characteristics of biodiesel and methanol, the effects of blending different proportions of methanol on engine performance and emission of various pollutants were studied.
