合成并表征了新型手性双核Salen配体 1及其锰 (III)配合物 2 (主体 2 ) .用紫外 -可见光谱滴定法研究了主体 2与四种咪唑类、四种吡啶类客体在CHCl3 中的分子识别行为 .实验结果表明 :对咪唑类客体的缔合常数按K (Im) >K (2 MeIm) >K (N MeIm) >K (EtMeIm)顺序递减 ;吡啶类顺序为K (PyO) >K (4 PhPyO) >K (DMAP) >K (Py) ,配位数n值均为 2 .测定了识别过程的ΔrH m ,ΔrS m ,发现此类反应为放热、熵减小的过程 ,反应体系中存在焓熵补偿关系 .与单核的Salen锰 (III)配合物 3 (主体 3 )进行比较 ,除EtMeIm与 3的配位数为 1外 ,其他咪唑类客体的配位数均为 2 .就与客体的缔合能力而言 ,主体 2比 3大 .用圆二色光谱 (CD)研究了主 -客体的分子识别行为 .
A novel chiral binuclear Salen ligand 1 and its manganese (II) complex 2 (main 2) were synthesized and characterized. The main 2 and four imidazoles were studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. .The results showed that the association constants of Imidazoles decreased in the order of K (Im)> K (MeIm)> K (MeIm)> K (EtMeIm) )> K (4 PhPyO)> K (DMAP)> K (Py), and the coordination number n values are 2. The ΔrH m and ΔrS m of the recognition process were measured and found to be exothermic and entropic decrease The enthalpy-entropy compensation relationship exists in the reaction system and the reaction system.Compared with the single-nucleate Salen manganese (III) complex 3 (host 3), except the coordination number of EtMeIm and 3 is 1, the coordination number of other imidazole guest Are 2. In terms of associating ability with the object, the main body is 2 to 3. The molecular recognition behavior of host-guest is studied by circular dichroism (CD).
