网箱养殖的鲑形石斑鱼(Epinephelus salmoides)易感染细菌病,外表症状如皮肤出血溃疡,尾部和鳍溃烂,从病鱼中分离到的主要细菌为短杆状,无芽孢细菌。这些细菌呼吸或发酵代谢碳水化合物产酸不产气,氧化酶阳性,对孤菌抑制剂0/129敏感。根据生理生化特征,把这些细菌分成四簇群,第一簇群的细菌由两菌株组成,两菌株在硫代硫酸盐—柠檬酸盐—蔗糖(TCBS)琼脂平板上都形成兰绿色的大菌落。第二簇群的细菌在TCBS琼脂平板上形成大的,黄色菌落,培养48小时后,菌落颜色转变成绿色。这两簇群的细菌都对罗非鱼和鲑形石斑鱼有致病性,并具有同弧菌感染相似的症状。其它簇群的细菌一般是继发性入侵的,即於疾病发
Epinephelus salmoides cultured in cages are susceptible to bacterial disease. Appearance symptoms such as ulceration of the skin, ulceration of the tail and fins, and the main bacteria isolated from diseased fish are short rod-shaped, spore-free bacteria. These bacteria breathe or ferment metabolically carbohydrate acid-producing, oxidase-positive and are susceptible to the debrioside inhibitor 0/129. The bacteria were divided into four clusters according to their biochemical and biochemical characteristics. The bacteria in the first cluster consisted of two strains.
