在两权分离的现代企业中,企业的经营行为是受一系列的制度安排所制约的,某些制度的缺陷导致经营者为了获得近期的利润采取能在比较短的时间内产生经济效益的各种行为,忽视了企业长期战略的规划。这种短期化行为与企业战略的冲突严重阻碍了企业的长远发展。本文正是从这个角度出发,通过经营者在研究开发活动中的行为分析我国经营者产生短期行为的原因,并提出完善我国经理人激励约束机制的重要性。
In modern enterprises separated by two powers, the operating behaviors of enterprises are restricted by a series of institutional arrangements. The flaws in some systems lead the managers to obtain the profit in a relatively short period in order to obtain the recent profits Behavior, ignoring the long-term strategic planning. This conflict between short-term behavior and corporate strategy seriously hindered the long-term development of enterprises. From this point of view, this paper analyzes the reasons for the short-term behavior of Chinese operators through the behavior of managers in research and development activities and puts forward the importance of improving the incentive and restraint mechanism of Chinese managers.
