口腔和生殖粘膜在许多方面非常相似,均易感染Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒,反复感染易发生鳞状细胞癌。Wyburn-Mason(1957)及 Kvasnieka(1965)先后报道单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)与口腔癌肿之间有明显关系,此后Nahmias 报道子宫颈癌和 HSV 的关系;但对致口腔肿瘤方面鲜有涉及。因此,本文作者拟在病人受损组织切片中寻找 HSV 蛋白,以探索Ⅰ型 HSV 蛋白和人类口腔鳞状细胞癌的关系.
Oral and reproductive mucosa are very similar in many aspects, are susceptible to type I and type II herpes simplex virus, repeated infections prone to squamous cell carcinoma. Wyburn-Mason (1957) and Kvasnieka (1965) have reported a clear relationship between herpes simplex virus (HSV) and oral cancer, and Nahmias has since reported a relationship between cervical cancer and HSV; however, few have been reported for oral tumors. Therefore, the authors intend to look for HSV proteins in the patient's damaged tissue sections in order to explore the relationship between type I HSV protein and human oral squamous cell carcinoma.
