既往的研究已确定,实验性肾衰时钙二醇代谢清除率(MCR)及生成率(PR)下降。作者在本实验中探讨了尿毒症及继发甲旁亢可能是引起钙三醇代谢异常的原因。 尿毒症对正常鼠钙三醇代谢的影响:将Spra-gue-Dawley正常大鼠分3组,三组依顺序分别输入含尿素的盐溶液,去磷尿超滤液及尿的超滤液,分别均输注24小时,在此后5小时开始注入放射标记钙三醇,同位素输入第19小时测钙二醇的MCR、PR和内源性血浆钙三醇等。
