近几年以来,造价咨询单位越来越多的参与项目全过程造价控制。现在随着投资主体的多元化及工程合同管理的规范化,建设单位越来越认识到工程造价动态管理的重要性,所以有越来越多的工程造价咨询单位能参与到工程建设的各个阶段,特别是工程的决策与设计阶段、招投标阶段及施工阶段。本文结合近年来的工作经验,就工程造价咨询单位如何参与全面造价管理的各个阶段阐述一下自己的观点及看法。
In recent years, more and more cost consulting units have participated in the entire project cost control. With the diversification of investment entities and the standardization of project contract management, construction organizations are increasingly aware of the importance of dynamic management of project costs. Therefore, more and more project cost consulting units can participate in all phases of project construction. In particular, the decision-making and design stage of the project, the tendering stage and the construction stage. This paper, combined with recent work experience, elaborates on the views and opinions of how project cost consulting organizations participate in all phases of total cost management.
