目的 了解狼疮性肾炎 (LN)患者外周血淋巴细胞白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )受体 (CD12 6与CDw130 )的分布情况及其意义。方法 采用流式细胞术结合微量全血双重荧光标记法检测LN患者CD+4 、CD+8与CD+2 3 淋巴细胞表面CD12 6与CDw130 蛋白表达情况。结果 (1)与正常对照组 (11例 )比较 ,活动组 (14例 )与非活动组 (10例 )LN患者CD+4 细胞百分数明显降低 (均P <0 0 1) ,CD+8细胞百分数显著增高 (P <0 0 1;P <0 0 5 ) ,CD+2 3 细胞百分数在活动组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在非活动组明显降低(P <0 0 1) ,三组CD+12 6细胞与CD+w130 细胞百分数差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 (2 )与非活动组和正常组比较 ,活动组LN患者CD+4 CD+12 6与CD+4 CD+w130 的细胞百分数明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ;P <0 0 1) ,CD+2 3CD+12 6与CD+2 3CD+w130 的细胞百分数则明显增高 (均P <0 0 5 ) ;非活动组和正常组比较差异则无显著性(P >0 0 5 ) ;CD+8CD+12 6与CD+8CD+w130 的细胞百分数 ,三组比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 (3)活动组LN患者CD+2 3 细胞表面CD12 6与CDw130 表达呈正相关 (r =0 75 6 ,P <0 0 5 ) ;非活动组和正常组CD+2 3 细胞表面CD12 6与CDw130 表达无显著相关性 (r=0 376 ,P >0 0 5 ;r=0 2 5 6 ,P >0 0 5 )
Objective To investigate the distribution of interleukin 6 (IL-6) receptors (CD12 6 and CDw130) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with lupus nephritis (LN) and its significance. Methods The expressions of CD12 6 and CDw130 on CD + 4, CD + 8 and CD + 2 3 lymphocytes in LN patients were detected by flow cytometry and micro-whole blood double fluorescent labeling. Results Compared with the normal control group (11 cases), the percentage of CD + 4 cells in LN patients in active group (14 cases) and non-active group (10 cases) was significantly lower than that in normal control group (all P <0.01) (P <0.01); the percentage of CD + 2 3 cells was significantly increased in the active group (P <0.05) and significantly lower in the inactive group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in the percentages of CD + 12 6 cells and CD + w130 cells between the three groups (P> 0.05). (2) Compared with the inactive group and the normal group, the percentage of cells in the active group was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01), CD + 4 CD + 12 6 and CD + 4 CD + +2 3CD + 12 6 and CD + 2 3CD + w130 cells were significantly increased (all P <0 05); there was no significant difference between inactive group and normal group (P 0 05) 8CD + 12 6 and CD + 8CD + w130 cell percentage, there was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). (3) There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD12 6 and CDw130 on the surface of CD + 2 3 cells in active patients (r = 0.756, P <0.05), while the expressions of CD12 6 and CDw130 on inactive CD34 + (R = 0 376, P> 0 05; r = 0 256, P 0 05)
