This is a unique group of people who have distinctive ideological and behavioral characteristics and have started to become the protagonists of society and the main force in the workplace. Some outstanding individuals among them even started to take up management positions. However, for most enterprises, middle and high-level managers are mainly mainly in the 1960s and 1970s. They are still traditionally managed because of their lack of understanding of the characteristics of the new generation of employees. As a result, the management of the company and its employees Growing tensions threaten the business development of enterprises. As managers, we can not expect to completely change this group, but only to change ourselves to meet the needs of the new era of staff management. As the future of the mainstream, the new generation of employees are also bound to lead the trend of society. As Brent Inman, chief human resources executive of PricewaterhouseCoopers, puts it, “Business management must be responsive and motivated by the needs of its new generation of employees in order to better attract, motivate, retain Live in the new generation of outstanding staff. ”
