在当前激烈的市场竞争环境下,企业之间的商品及劳务交易基本上是通过赊销方式来实现的,中小企业更是如此,因赊销而形成的应收账款在企业流动资产中所占比重越来越高,严重影响了公司资金的正常周转。中小企业应收账款管理的好坏,直接影响到企业资金使用效率及健康发展,甚至关系到企业的生死存亡。本文以S企业为研究对象,深入分析了该公司在当前激烈的竞争环境下,采取的应收账款管理及风险防范的一系列措施,供有需求的中小企业以借鉴。
